Box outages are slow to update on status page and make unable to message support

Just a bit of feedback since Box.com is down at the moment, or at least parts of it.

  1. The status page still shows all green https://status.box.com/ even though things have been down for > 5 minutes at least.
  2. Were one to want to report this to support, it’s impossible to do so through https://support.box.com/ because it relies on logging in via Box, which is currently broken.

Status page updated now, so I suppose I can temper my comment #1 a bit, still a bit slow but theoretically the problem was acknowledged within 10 minutes.
